I am a psychotherapist based in New York, USA. My approach is psychodynamic, rooted in transpersonal psychology, and complemented by evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. I also integrate holistic modalities, including meditation and somatic practices, recognizing the importance of addressing the mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Montclair State University, and a Master of Science in Advanced Clinical Social Work Practice from Columbia University.
I offer one-to-one work grounded in a collaborative, structured process that prioritizes depth, clarity, and real change. I do not position myself as an expert or rely on motivation or surface-level insight; instead, I guide you through focused exploration using skillful questioning, psychoeducation, and evidence-based frameworks. Drawing from formal clinical training and nearly two decades of teaching experience, I help you identify and dismantle limiting patterns, develop new perspectives, and build resilience. Our sessions are tailored to your needs and are anchored in practical tools with clear action steps to support your self-sufficiency, sovereignty, and the ability to sustain change beyond our time together.
If you are ready to do the real work and achieve tangible results, driven by meaningful change rather than endless cycles of “healing,” and you value honest feedback, real insight, and being challenged with depth and integrity—our work together is for you. You are done with surface-level guidance and want substance over performance, a process that moves you beyond old patterns into an authentic way of being where you and those around you can truly thrive. If you are serious about stepping into your full potential and holding yourself accountable to that transformation, reach out and let’s get to work.
